The festival, taking place from May 11 to May 24, has already garnered enthusiastic responses from food lovers in the city-state. Diners are experiencing unique biryanis from Hyderabad, Lucknow, Thalassery, Delhi, Kolkata, and the Dindigul and Ambur regions of Tamil Nadu.
Indian High Commissioner Shilpak Ambule expressed optimism that the event will foster curiosity about India and boost tourism. Matthew Bennink, Director of Food and Beverage at Shangri-La Hotel, highlighted the positive feedback and appreciation for the craftsmanship and heritage behind each biryani recipe.
