Operation Sindoor: Uniting Parties for National Security

Following the execution of Operation Sindoor by the Indian Armed Forces, the Union Government has initiated an all-party meeting to discuss the developments. Union Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju emphasized the necessity for all political parties to be informed about the operation, which showcases a significant defensive action by the nation.

The minister reiterated the country's unified support for its armed forces. 'It's a significant moment for the nation,' remarked Rijiju. 'We've organized an all-party briefing on Operation Sindoor to ensure comprehensive awareness across political lines, as reinforced by Prime Minister Modi's directive. The entire nation stands solidly behind our military personnel.'

Operation Sindoor was proclaimed a triumph by the Union Minister, who heralded the clarity of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's intentions to maintain national solidarity. 'The operation has concluded successfully; meanwhile, PM Modi's intent to ensure unity during such times is recognized globally. This is a time for the nation to stand united, transcending political differences,' Rijiju added.

The briefing took place at the Parliament Library in New Delhi with attendance from notable leaders, including Union Ministers JP Nadda and Rajnath Singh, and key opposition figures such as Lok Sabha Leader of the Opposition Rahul Gandhi and Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge. On Wednesday, Rijiju had announced the meeting on his official 'X' account, emphasizing its importance following the armed forces' strategic offensive inside Pakistan and Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir.
