Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan announced that the CBSE Board examinations now align with the National Education Policy 2020, focusing on competency-based assessments. These examinations leverage technology to improve both accessibility and ease for students, stated Pradhan in a social media post.
The results are just a click away, available digitally on platforms like the official CBSE website, DigiLocker, and the UMANG app, in addition to being accessible through schools. This digital transformation is part of a broader government initiative to integrate technology into the education sector, thereby ensuring seamless access to education-related services nationwide.
The results revealed promising statistics: 93.66% passed the Class 10 exams, with girls outperforming boys by 2.37%. Thiruvananthapuram led with a 99.70% pass rate, while Guwahati trailed at 84.14%. Additionally, 88.39% passed Class 12 exams, with girls surpassing boys by 5.94%. These achievements were celebrated by Minister Pradhan, who extended his congratulations to students and parents alike.
