Sadanira Samagam Set to Celebrate River Heritage in Bhopal
Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav will inaugurate the Sadanira Samagam under the Jal Ganga Sanvardhan Abhiyan at Bharat Bhavan in Bhopal. The event will feature exhibitions, performances, and screenings aimed at promoting river preservation and cultural heritage awareness.

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav is poised to inaugurate the Sadanira Samagam in Bhopal on Friday, June 20, under the Jal Ganga Sanvardhan Abhiyan. The event will witness the release of several books by Veer Bharat Trust and other entities.
The festival stands as a singular national event focused on river and water source conservation, explained Shriram Tiwari, CM's Cultural Advisor and Trustee Secretary of Veer Bharat Nyas. For the first time, a diverse group of over 200 professionals from fields such as science, arts, and literature will gather to participate.
The Samagam will bring out the river's essence through exhibitions and performances. Attendees can look forward to the release of seven books and the screening of 'Raga of River Narmada.' Early highlights include 'Sound of River,' a performance by Smita Nagdev and Rahul Sharma, and a dance drama by Vidushi Sharma Bhate. A special exhibition by the Department of Public Relations will also be featured.
