Arisinfra Solutions' initial public offering (IPO) witnessed overwhelming interest, being subscribed 2.65 times on its closing day, according to NSE data.
The IPO, targeting approximately Rs 500 crore, received bids for over 3.46 crore shares against the 1.30 crore on offer. Retail individual investors led with a subscription of 5.59 times, while non-institutional and qualified institutional buyers showed strong interest too.
The company, having raised Rs 225 crore from anchor investors, priced its shares between Rs 210-222, placing its valuation near Rs 1,800 crore. Proceeds will primarily support working capital and investments in subsidiaries.
