Godrej Capital has unveiled 'Qnity', an Employee Resource Group dedicated to LGBTQIA+ employees and their allies. This launch signifies a notable advancement in the company's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) efforts, building on the success of its previous initiative, Pride Capital, which aimed to broaden queer representation in the organization.
Through targeted outreach and strategic partnerships, Godrej Capital increased its LGBTQIA+ hiring fivefold during Pride Month, demonstrating its dedication to embracing diversity in the workplace. This move aligns with the company's provision of inclusive policies, such as all-gender restrooms and loan products tailored for same-gender partners, to extend inclusion beyond the workplace.
To commemorate Pride Month 2025, Godrej Capital collaborated with the Aravani Art Project, creating a mural titled "Building Financial Inclusion Together" at its new Kanjurmarg office. This initiative, along with performances and sensitization campaigns, reflects the organization's commitment to cultivating allyship and lasting change within and outside the company.
