The Kela family, known for their impactful investments, recently altered their financial landscape by divesting their stakes in Waaree Energies and Samhi Hotels. This move was unveiled in the latest shareholding records with the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
At the close of the March quarter, Madhuri Madhusudan Kela held a 1.16% stake in Waaree Energies and a 1.69% share in Samhi Hotels. However, BSE's June 2025 data reveals that her name is no longer visible among public shareholders, raising questions about the current distribution of their financial ventures.
