In a shocking development, the body of a young man named Burhanuddin, missing for several months, has been discovered in Balochistan's Kech district. According to The Balochistan Post, Burhanuddin was allegedly abducted from his residence in Turbat's Beg Miri area on October 28, 2025.
The Baloch Yakjehti Committee (BYC) claims that the family spent half a year searching for him before finally recovering his body, which reportedly bore signs of torture.
Amid growing international concern, rights organizations have highlighted recurring issues of enforced disappearances in Balochistan, calling for urgent investigations and accountability.
