Increased Repatriations: Mexican Citizens Return Amid U.S. Deportation Surge

Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum revealed a surge in the number of Mexican citizens being repatriated from the United States, predominantly through flights, as American authorities amplify deportation efforts.

Since the beginning of Donald Trump's tenure as U.S. President, over 37,000 Mexicans have been deported alongside more than 5,500 migrants of various other nationalities, according to Sheinbaum.
