In collaboration with foreign ministers representing about 40 countries, the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry revealed that the technical legal groundwork necessary to form the tribunal has been finalized. This development marks a significant step towards holding Russian leaders accountable for their actions since the 2022 invasion.
The Council of Europe Committee of Ministers will convene in Luxembourg on May 13-14 to formally establish the tribunal, which will primarily target key Russian figures responsible for the invasion.
