Tragic Discovery: Bodies Recovered Under Sikkim Bridge
Two bodies were recovered from a stream near the Rothok Khola bridge in Soreng district, Sikkim. Among them was a Sikkim government employee. Police identified them as Roshan Chhetri, a junior engineer, and Vikas Dhamala. An investigation is underway to determine the cause of death.

The Soreng district of Sikkim experienced a grim incident as two bodies were discovered beneath the Rothok Khola bridge on Thursday. One of the deceased was a government employee, confirmed local police.
Upon receiving a tip-off from local residents, police swiftly responded, recovering the bodies of Roshan Chhetri, a junior engineer from the education department, and Vikas Dhamala.
After conducting post-mortem examinations, authorities handed the bodies over to the victims' families. Meanwhile, an investigation is ongoing to ascertain the circumstances surrounding their untimely deaths.
