In his nightly address, Zelenskiy shared that discussions with Rustem Umerov are underway regarding the preparation for a prisoner exchange. He mentioned that Umerov has confirmed plans for a meeting with the Russian side in Turkey.
Rustem Umerov, who now serves as the secretary of Ukraine's Security and Defence Council, led the first two rounds of discussions with Russia, marking his crucial role in the ongoing negotiation efforts.
