In a shocking development in the Karari police station area of Kaushambi district, a woman, alongside her father and brother, has been arrested for plotting to kill her husband and his family.
Authorities reported that the woman mixed sulphas, a deadly poison, into the flour, intending to eliminate her husband and in-laws. Brijesh Kumar, a resident of Malkiya village, alerted police after noticing a strange smell from the flour his wife, Malti Devi, was kneading.
Upon confrontation, Devi confessed her intentions, claiming that her father, Kallu Prasad, and brother, Bajrangi, masterminded the plan. The trio has been charged with attempted murder and conspiracy, and the toxic flour is now being examined by forensic experts.
