In a puzzling incident, 52-year-old Sub-Inspector Sundar Singh was found lifeless at the police quarters on Monday. His sudden death has left authorities and family members in shock as they try to piece together the circumstances.

Sources say Singh, who hailed from Meerut and was stationed at Gangoh police station, had an unwavering routine of morning yoga on the terrace. However, on this fateful day, he did not return, prompting his family's concern.

Despite attempts to contact him, there was no response, leading fellow officers to search the quarters. Sub-Inspector Singh was discovered by a constable, unresponsive on the third floor, and was subsequently pronounced dead. His body has been sent for an autopsy as investigations continue to determine the cause of death.
