Lt Gen P K Mishra, the General Officer Commanding of the Army's White Knight Corps, conducted a critical review of the security situation in Poonch, a border district in Jammu and Kashmir, on Wednesday. The visit aimed to highlight the Corps' commitment to maintaining operational dominance and integrated threat response in the region.
He was joined by Maj Gen Kaushik Mukherjee, General Officer Commanding of the Ace of Spades Division, also known as the 25 Infantry Division. The duo assessed areas along the Line of Control under the Poonch brigade, receiving briefings on the current security environment, threat evaluations, and the operational stance of their forces.
During the visit, Lt Gen Mishra interacted with troops, expressing appreciation for their high morale and readiness amidst evolving security concerns. The White Knight Corps reiterated the importance of overpowering any adversarial actions effectively.
