In a tragic incident in east Delhi's Pandav Nagar, a 49-year-old man died after allegedly falling from a flyover and being run over by a vehicle early Thursday morning. The incident occurred around midnight near the Manglam cut flyover on National Highway-24.

Initial reports were unable to determine if the man was a pedestrian or riding a vehicle. However, a damaged car and scooter were found at the scene. By the time a police team arrived, the injured had already been transported to Lal Bahadur Shastri Hospital, where doctors declared the victim dead.

The deceased has been identified as Rakesh Kumar Agarwal from Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. An eyewitness, Amit Kumar, recounted seeing the man fall from the flyover. Preliminary investigations suggest that an unidentified heavy vehicle may have struck the victim on the flyover, causing the fall. Authorities have registered a case, and investigations are ongoing.
