In a candid speech on Friday, MI6's outgoing chief, Richard Moore, warned that Russian President Vladimir Putin shows no intention of negotiating peace in Ukraine. Moore accused Putin of attempting to enforce his imperial ambitions through all available means, including deceit.
Addressing attendees at the British consulate in Istanbul, Moore emphasized the resilience of the Ukrainian spirit, which continues to withstand Russian aggression. According to Moore, Putin underestimated Ukraine's resolve and is now facing the consequences of an unyielding adversary.
During his address, Moore also announced the launch of a secure dark web portal named 'Silent Courier' to recruit new intelligence sources, calling on those with valuable information to step forward.
