Gang Plot Thwarted: Arrests Made in Influencer Targeting Case

In a dramatic development, police have apprehended two members of the infamous Rohit Godara-Goldy Brar-Virender Charan gang, who were allegedly conspiring to murder a social media influencer. The duo was captured after a tense gunfight on Jaitpur-Kalindi Kunj Road early Thursday morning.
Authorities identified the suspects as Rahul from Yamunanagar and Sahil from Bhiwani, both in Haryana. The men were reportedly operating under the orders of gangster Rohit Godara, based overseas, in collaboration with Goldy Brar and Virender Charan.
Law enforcement officials revealed the pair was conducting reconnaissance in major cities like Mumbai and Bengaluru to locate and target their victim. During the shootout, Rahul sustained a gunshot wound and was apprehended. Investigators connected him to a triple murder case from December 2024 in Yamunanagar. Firearms and a motorcycle used in the crime were confiscated.
