The customs department accused Wintrack of using social media to generate pressure and manipulate the narrative for releasing cargo without legal protocols, countering with evidence of regulatory violations by Wintrack.
While Wintrack declared a suspension of its import/export activities due to alleged unfair treatment, the customs insisted on their commitment to lawful, transparent procedures, defending their scrutiny as necessary for maintaining health, safety, and environmental standards.
