Call for Caution: Police Urge Cancellation of Pro-Palestinian Protest Amidst Tensions

Police stress the urgency of deploying officers to protect communities afflicted by the attack, instead of preparing for a protest expected to draw over 1,000 participants at Trafalgar Square on Saturday. The protest advocates for Palestine Action, an organization outlawed under anti-terrorism laws in July.

The police criticize Defend Our Juries, the protest's organizers, for diverting vital resources away from London communities during this crucial time. By promoting mass law-breaking, they argue, the protesters are exacerbating the strain on law enforcement resources.
