Khalistani Terror Attack Chargesheet: 11 Accused, International Plotters in Focus

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has formally charged 11 individuals in connection with the terror attack on a Punjab police station orchestrated by the banned Khalistani group, Babbar Khalsa International (BKI), officials revealed.
The defendants were charged with various offenses under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, Unlawful Activities Prevention Act, Arms Act, and Explosive Substances Act. The chargesheet was presented to a special NIA court in Mohali, Punjab.
According to the agency's investigation, foreign-based leaders of BKI orchestrated the attack, using social media to recruit and radicalize Punjabese youth for anti-India activities. The NIA continues its efforts to apprehend those still at large.
