Allegations of Police Misconduct in Ambalapuzha: The Ice-Cream Sellers' Saga

Two youngsters, Ashique and his friend Shinas, have filed a complaint against the police in Ambalapuzha, alleging physical assault and verbal abuse.

The incident reportedly took place on April 18 when their motorcycle was allegedly hit by a police vehicle. They were subsequently accused of theft and assaulted.

While police deny the allegations, a fact-finding inquiry is underway to examine the claims made by the youngsters, who insist that they were innocent victims returning from their ice-cream business.
