Youth Arrested for Heinous Crime Against Minor

A 21-year-old man has been apprehended in connection with the alleged rape of a minor girl in Bijnor district, Uttar Pradesh, police revealed on Monday. The accused, Milesh Chauhan, allegedly entered the girl's home, assaulted her, and persuaded her to run away with him.
Upon his return to the victim's residence on Sunday evening, law enforcement officials who were positioned nearby intercepted him. The criminal case invoked sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and the stringent POCSO Act.
After being produced in court on Monday, Chauhan was placed in judicial custody. The incident has prompted serious discussions about the safety of minors and the legal consequences of such heinous acts.
