A man sustained injuries in East Delhi's Krishna Nagar after being attacked by friends with a knife, police reported. The incident took place on Thursday at 9 pm, and a police team responded promptly to the PCR call about a quarrel.
The injured, identified as Nazeem, had already been moved to Hedgewar Aarogya Sansthan Hospital before being referred to Guru Teg Bahadur Hospital for further treatment. He suffered cuts to his upper abdomen and left hand.
According to police, an investigation is underway. A forensic team has collected evidence from the scene, and an FIR under Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita Section 109 has been filed. Efforts to identify and apprehend the attackers continue.
