Rescue Operation: Missing Guwahati Woman Found in Polo Area

A 27-year-old woman from Guwahati, Assam, was successfully located in the Polo area after she was reported missing, authorities confirmed on Saturday.

Bhabana Sarma, a former educator at Miles Bronson Residential School until March, had disappeared under unclear circumstances.

Superintendent of Police Vivek Syiem from East Khasi Hills district shared that Sarma was found following specific leads and was immediately taken for a medical examination. An investigation into her disappearance is currently underway.
