With TVK's Sethupathi winning by a margin of just one vote, the court's interim order awaits the resolution of a writ petition concerning the contested ballot. If the disputed vote sways towards the DMK, outcomes may rest on the flip of a coin, as relayed by party spokesperson Saravanan Annadurai.

On another front, DMK spokesperson Annadurai addressed criticisms regarding Udhayanidhi Stalin's remarks on Sanatana Dharma, asserting the party's stand against caste oppression and calling for the end of NEET after multiple exam paper leaks, criticizing the central government's crisis management.
