City Doctor Blackmailed Over Video, Extortion Attempt Exposed

In a serious case of alleged blackmail, four individuals have been accused of demanding Rs 15 lakh from a doctor working at a trauma care hospital in Jogeshwari. The doctor, who manages vaccination details for Haj pilgrims, found himself in a precarious situation last week.
The accusers, including a woman and three men, confronted the doctor with a video of him working in a Malad café on his laptop. They accused him of violating rules by conducting government-related work in a public setting and threatened consequences unless he paid.
Identified as 'Suryavanshi', one of the accused made the hefty demand, leading the doctor to seek police intervention. A case has been registered for extortion and criminal intimidation, as police embark on efforts to track down those involved.
