During a meeting attended by commanders of divisions and brigades, Kim called for overhauling the training system and broadening practical drills to align with modern warfare techniques and North Korea's military developments. He urged a reassessment of operational concepts in line with swiftly evolving military and technical advancements to be applied in unit combat training.
According to KCNA, Kim also underscored the importance of ideological loyalty and maintaining vigilance against the "arch enemy," a term traditionally used by North Korea to refer to South Korea.
