Bittu retorted, accusing the AAP regime of exploiting law enforcement to harass BJP workers and silence opposition during civic elections. He questioned the rationale behind his obstruction and Onkar Singh's detainment.
During a heated encounter, Bittu clashed with police in Dhuri over restrictions imposed following Singh's arrest amid an essential election 'silent period.' He argued that the AAP administration has degraded the Punjab Police's credibility through political exploitation.
Arora refuted these claims, calling Bittu's behavior 'shameless' and unacceptable for any national party's senior leader, asserting he would stand up against misuse of power within the state.
