Tragic Accident Claims Three Lives in Himachal Near Temple Site

In a tragic incident unfolding near the sacred Renukaji Temple in Himachal Pradesh, a father and his two daughters perished when an overladen truck toppled onto their motorcycles. The family, from Yamunanagar district, had embarked on a pilgrimage early Friday when the accident occurred.

The vehicle, carrying maize, lost balance on a sharp turn near Lal Dhang, crushing the riders. Immediate rescue efforts by local residents and arriving police personnel minimized further casualties. Unfortunately, three family members could not be saved, and the mother is recovering from critical injuries at a nearby hospital. Investigations are ongoing to determine the cause of the truck's overturning, with the driver already in custody.
