The chief minister's remarks came during a review meeting with the Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board, where he noted the ongoing recruitment for more than 81,000 police positions. Adityanath stressed the importance of completing recruitment and promotion processes within set deadlines and prioritizing the convenience of candidates.
He praised the efficiency of the recruitment board while urging continuous monitoring and the use of technical resources. Updates on the status of various recruitment activities were provided at the meeting.
