Launching the 'Swachha App', designed to enhance public services through technology, Adhikari highlighted the potential for significant improvements. Union Minister Manohar Lal attended the launch, signaling central backing, which includes joint projects in various sectors. Adhikari announced several funded agreements, stressing broader inclusion for smaller municipalities under national schemes.

The chief minister stressed the need for enhanced e-transportation options to tackle environmental issues and called for the implementation of the PM Surya Ghar rooftop solar program in tribal regions. These efforts symbolize a strategic move towards comprehensive state development with central cooperation.
