Man in Madhya Pradesh Self-Inflicts Injury to Eliminate Desire

A 42-year-old man from Chhatarpur, Madhya Pradesh, publicly injured himself by severing part of his genitalia with an axe to eliminate his sexual desires. This incident occurred in the Maharajpur area on a Saturday morning, roughly 20 kilometers from the district headquarters.

Rammilan Yadav, following his self-inflicted injury near a well on his field, immediately informed a cousin. He was swiftly taken to a local health centre, but due to severe injuries, he was transferred to the district hospital. In a viral video, Yadav candidly expressed his internal struggle with lust and anger, declaring his intent to devote himself to prayer and national service. His family, which includes his ailing wife and children, faces financial challenges, magnifying the gravity of his actions. Hospital officials confirmed the seriousness of his condition and ongoing treatment, while police await any formal complaints to proceed with the investigation.
