In a significant development, Jaish-e-Mohammad chief Maulana Masood Azhar admitted to the loss of 10 family members and four close associates in an Indian missile strike on their Bahawalpur headquarters.
The attack on Jamia Masjid Subhan Allah resulted in the deaths of Azhar's elder sister, her husband, a nephew, his wife, another niece, and five children from his extended family, as stated by Azhar.
The statement also declared that Azhar lost a close associate and his mother, along with two other companions, marking a grave impact on the organization.
