In a bold demonstration of solidarity, traders from Sadar Bazar and Connaught Place took to the streets with a 'Tiranga March', backing the Indian Army's recent Operation Sindoor against terror networks in Pakistan. The demonstrators wielded a massive national flag while vocally opposing Pakistan's alleged involvement in terrorism.

The military operation, executed on Wednesday, targeted terror launchpads within Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir, following a brutal attack by terrorists in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, which claimed 26 civilian lives. This prompted traders, organized by the Federation of Sadar Bazar Traders Association, to vociferously condemn terrorism and affirm their support for India's armed forces.

Federation chairman Paramjit Singh Pamma urged the international community, especially the UN, to recognize Pakistan as a terrorist state, citing the persistent terrorist bases within its territory. The march, which also featured participation from various communities and business groups, echoed slogans condemning Pakistan and hailing the valiant efforts of the Indian Army.
