BJP MP Abhijit Gangopadhyay Shifted to AIIMS for Advanced Treatment

BJP MP Abhijit Gangopadhyay has been transferred to AIIMS-New Delhi after seeing little improvement in his critical health condition.

Diagnosed with acute pancreatitis and gastrointestinal sepsis, Gangopadhyay initially received treatment at a Kolkata hospital since Saturday.

Despite efforts by a team of clinical specialists, the decision to move him was made on Wednesday night for advanced treatment options.
