The incident, which took place at Ludhiana's mayoral office, has fueled ongoing tensions in the political arena.
The FIR names BJP councillors Gauravjeet Singh Gora and Mukesh Khatri, along with three others linked to municipal politics and 20 unidentified individuals. They face accusations of causing disturbances during a meeting meant to discuss developmental issues with Mayor Inderjit Kaur.
