AIADMK general secretary Edappadi K Palaniswami has accused the ruling DMK government of disseminating misleading information regarding investment and employment generation in Tamil Nadu.
Speaking at a rally in his statewide campaign, Palaniswami challenged the DMK to release a white paper detailing the investments and employment statistics, which he says have been exaggerated. He contrasted these claims with the AIADMK's past achievements, highlighting the signing of over 300 MoUs in 2019, involving commitments of Rs 3 lakh crore, which reportedly facilitated job creation for numerous individuals.
The former Chief Minister also predicted a collapse of the DMK-led alliance due to emerging internal discord. Joining the rally was BJP state chief Nainar Nagenthiran, who participated in the roadshow.
