In a bid to spotlight alleged infringements on electoral rights, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi is gearing up for a 'Vote Adhikar Yatra' across Bihar. Expected to span over two weeks, the venture aims to draw attention to voting rights issues ahead of assembly polls.
Former state Congress president Akhilesh Prasad Singh disclosed in a press briefing that the tour would commence from Sasaram, wrapping up in Patna with a significant rally. The expedition is designed to generate momentum for the INDIA bloc.
During the yatra, Gandhi is anticipated to cover 25 districts, accompanied by prominent leaders like Tejashwi Yadav. The culmination in Patna will see the participation of numerous allied political entities, providing a platform for unified opposition.
