Akhilesh Yadav, leader of the Samajwadi Party, is set to join the 'Voter Adhikar Yatra' in Bihar's Sitamarhi on August 28. Organized by Mahagathbandhan leaders, including Congress's Rahul Gandhi, the event aims to reinforce the campaign against vote theft.
Venugopal announced Yadav's participation, noting it will bolster the coalition's efforts. The yatra will proceed despite a break day, resuming from Nalanda and covering various districts like Munger and Darbhanga.
This initiative follows Gandhi's Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra, combining both vehicular and on-foot travels, as a strategic build-up to upcoming elections.
