JeM Chief’s Family Decimated in Indian Missile Strikes

A top commander of the Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM) has confirmed that the Indian missile strikes on May 7 took a significant toll on the family of the terror outfit's chief, Masood Azhar. The attack targeted the group's stronghold in Bahawalpur, Pakistan.

The JeM commander, Ilyas Kashmiri, expressed his anger in a widely circulated video, revealing that India's response had left Azhar's family 'torn into pieces.' The revelation marks a sharp escalation in the conflict between India and Pakistan, following a deadly terrorist assault in Jammu and Kashmir.

Notably, senior Pakistani military and government officials attended the funerals of those killed in the strikes. The event underscores the rising tensions as India continues its operations against terror networks in the region.
