Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav has urged the integration of Aadhaar cards with chips to thwart election fraud, particularly fake Aadhaar IDs. This suggestion came during a strategic meeting with party leaders from Auraiya district focused on upcoming elections.
Yadav highlighted that a caste census would aid in fair reservation implementation and strengthen PDA communities. Acknowledging the support from these communities, he noted their role in helping the party secure more seats in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.
He criticized the BJP government for undermining social harmony and constitutional autonomy. Yadav called on SP workers to expose the BJP's misinformation and strengthen organizational roots, preparing for a projected SP-led government in Uttar Pradesh by 2027.
