AIADMK leader Edappadi K Palaniswami has launched a scathing attack on the ruling DMK, emphasizing the need to end 'family rule and dynasty politics' in the 2026 Tamil Nadu Assembly election.
Addressing an NDA poll rally, Palaniswami vowed to oust what he termed as an 'anti-people' government, without naming specific DMK leaders. He highlighted the AIADMK's legacy of governance in Coimbatore and its plans to secure over 210 seats in the election.
Palaniswami also outlined his party's accomplishments in education, mentioning the establishment of numerous colleges during his tenure. He criticized the DMK government for its alleged lack of development, particularly in setting up medical colleges.
