Poll Delays in Baharampur: A Call for Action

Voting irregularities have raised concerns in Baharampur, as Senior Congress leader Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury reported unusually slow processes in certain booths. Chowdhury, during his visit, observed voters struggling with prolonged queues under harsh conditions.

Despite high voter turnout in other parts of West Bengal, the Baharampur constituency faced unexplained delays. Voters reported waiting times of three to four hours amid soaring temperatures. Chowdhury expressed his bewilderment at the situation and its potential impact on voter participation.
