Sibal Condemns BJP for Attack on TMC's Abhishek Banerjee

Sibal condemned the withdrawal of Banerjee's security, describing the attack as preplanned and influenced by political motives. Furthermore, he called for accountability and questioned whether any arrests or investigations have been pursued.

Abhishek Banerjee himself alleged an assassination attempt orchestrated by BJP activists, highlighting the absence of police intervention. Sibal urged for a privilege motion against those involved, emphasizing the need for justice and security for political representatives.
