Rabi Lamichhane, leader of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) in Nepal, is set to begin a five-day visit to India from Monday. This trip, as confirmed by the RSP, will feature high-level discussions with BJP leaders in New Delhi.
Lamichhane's itinerary includes not only political and diplomatic engagements with top BJP officials but also interactions with the Nepali diaspora and party supporters in India. A personal visit to Ayodhya is also planned. The visit occurs against the backdrop of remarks by Nepal's Prime Minister Balendra Shah about Nepal's alleged encroachments on Indian territory.
