A dramatic incident unfolded in west Delhi's Tagore Garden as a family had a narrow escape after a section of an under-construction building collapsed on their residence. The incident occurred in the evening, bringing chaos and concern to the neighborhood.
Bhanwar Singh, the homeowner, recounted that his roof was heavily damaged when a large part of the neighboring construction came crashing down. The debris pierced through the ceiling of his tenant's accommodation, barely missing the family as it landed on a bed.
Police have reported that Maya, along with her husband Ram, and their daughter Arpita, suffered injuries due to the falling debris. An investigation is underway as authorities scrutinize the CCTV footage to uncover details surrounding the accident.
