The Gurugram district administration has convened a meeting to address ongoing demolition efforts at Chintels Paradiso in Sector 109, according to the Department of Town and Country Planning (DTCP).

Since January, three towers have been demolished, with efforts on a fourth nearing completion. Plans for reconstructing the site are anticipated post the expected demolition of Tower D next week.

Slated for demolition after a partial collapse that killed two women in February 2022, six towers faced scrutiny from IIT Delhi experts who labeled them unsafe. However, owners of Towers A, B, and C have secured a Supreme Court stay, halting their demolition. Meanwhile, concerns over halted rent payments persist.
