Ministers like Manjinder Singh Sirsa and Kapil Mishra are personally adopting these guidelines, opting for metro rides and EVs over conventional modes of transport. The initiative encourages reduced use of private cars, work-from-home models, and energy-saving measures to effect lasting national change.
