Kylian Mbappe, forward for Real Madrid, has been successfully discharged from the hospital after receiving treatment for gastroenteritis during the Club World Cup, as confirmed by the Spanish club on Thursday.

According to an official statement from Real Madrid, Mbappe has returned to the training ground and will adhere to a specific medical regimen as he gradually re-engages in team activities. Earlier, the club disclosed that the Frenchman was hospitalized for tests and treatment due to an intense gastroenteritis episode.

Mbappe, having missed the Club World Cup opening match against Al-Hilal, which concluded in a 1-1 stalemate, remains isolated from teammates since Tuesday. He was hospitalized on Wednesday and is expected to miss further group stage matches. Real Madrid's coach, Xabi Alonso, indicated participation in Sunday's game against Pachuca in Charlotte is improbable.
